Pantone-denouncations

Who is David Nilsson?

The truth about David John Nilsson, who’s great grandmother was full blood aboriginal, has to be told. I have interviewed him checking newspaper reports, the examination of documents, court reports, Australia Channel 9's 60 Minutes report, video and transcripts about David Nilsson (Carbon Cowboy) in July 2012.

Australia Channel 9's 60 Minutes has a duty of care to:

  • Report and interpret honestly.
  • Strive for accuracy, fairness and disclose of all facts.
  • Not suppress relevant available facts, or give distorting emphasis.
  • Do the utmost to give a fair opportunity for reply.
  • Present pictures and sound which are true and accurate, disclosing any manipulation likely to mislead.
  • Not plagiarise.

Now, with all the facts, you can decide if Barlett's & Rice's interview on David Nilsson (Carbon Cowboy) in July 2012 was fair or was a blatant calculated act of defamation of David Nilsson created to enhance Channel 9's ratings.
