Dan Pantone sues Amazon Chief

Peru May 2012 Pantone takes out a writ for violating Pantone's human rights, defamation and demands damages of $100,000 Peruvian Soles (approximately USD $35,000) against the Yaguas Amazon Indian Chief and President of the Federation of "FEPYRA" and the community leaders of native communities of Cuzco, Sabalillo, Boca Apayacu,San Augusto one Fasanando Jucas Javier Luis. A 100,000 Peruvian soles, ($35,000 USD) is more money than Fasanando Amazon Indian would earn in a life time. Under Peruvian law, if Dan Pantone wins in the case and Javier Fasanado cannot pay the 100,000 Peruvian soles, this Amazon Indian chief will be put in prison.

Dan Pantone in the past has allegedly tried to have people killed, he has allegedly tried to bribe the Indians $30,000 and he has allegedly forged their signatures now he is suing them. Dan Pantone is not finished with the Amazon Indian or David Nilsson.

Plus 60 Minutes Channel 9 Australia are aiding Dan Pantone on 60 Minute's own website, by the promotion of Dan Pantone's sale of his illegal videos of the Amazon Indians,

In my opinion, Dan Pantone's associates could also be charged with aiding and abetting, conspiracy and accessory after the fact.   There are laws in place both in Peru and a Australia for this to happen.
